Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series

I work for Microsoft and I bought this Dell Inspiron 13 7000 laptop for my work purposes. It is compulsory to have bitlocker enabled for my work purposes. Bitlocker goes in to recovery mode every time I restart my computer.

I have re-installed OS several times and it has not resolved the issue. Do other people have same problems?

I want to know if this laptop comes with standard TPM (trusted platform module)?

Why does this not show up in BIOS?

My IT team is not able to trouble shoot this. Can anyone of you help me?

Inspiron systems are desgined for home use - not for business.  They do not carry TPMs (at least the current ones do not).

If you need a TPM, some of the XPS 13" models do offer them when sold through Dell Business and select other outlets.  So do most Latitude models.

If you need the TPM, you'll need a higher-end system.

Thank you for your answer. However, I see this as a security feature in the device manager. Did Dell miss on updating BIOS?
