Dell Inspiron 1300 No Power/No Post issue

I fear that my motherboard has died on me because no lights come on at all, I have removed the Battery, optical drive, Wifi-card, LCD, HDD, memory, and cpu in that order and tested the power using an ac adapter after each removal. No lights ever came on anywhere. I have a multimeter and tested the battery prongs on the motherboard to see if any power was making it to them but there wasn't any... at least not to any 2 of the 6 prongs. I've tested the ac adapter and I am getting 19.63 volts. I even tested an alternate power adapter... Any suggestions would be great.

Well, I found the problem... I took the motherboard out and was about to sell everything as parts on eBay when I noticed the ac adapter port is broken... anyone know where to get one?

Assuming you have the equipment to do the soldering,

If you don't, the boards are inexpensive to replace

Excellent EJN63, I have the equipment for the soldering so I'm going to try the repair first, if that doesn't work, then I'll have to get the replacement board. I looked everywhere for the DC Power Jack, Thank you.
