Dell Inspiron 15 (3567) Memory Upgrade
I purchased my Dell from Staples and the description said that the memory is 8GB, 2400MHz, DDR4. Am I able to put in a 16GB 2400MHz, DDR4 with the 8GB or do they both have to be the same GB?

You can install up to 2x16 = 32 G, yes -- but check to see what you have now. It's likely 2X4, meaning one would need to be replaced for a total of 20G.
