Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2in1 (7558) Screen flickers, changes colors, breaks and fades

Hi. I bought a Dell Inspiron 7558 with i5 and 8gb of RAM from Bestbuy.com  on July 29, 2015. It worked fine for like 10 days, after that it became slow and slower until I upgraded the windows from 8 to 10. It was still slow even with windows 10. Besides this problem, the screen seemed to be flickering but not so frequent, I can still use the pc. I didn’t know what to do with it so I updated the graphic drivers and turned off the adaptive brightness but the flickering problems didn’t seem to go away and the pc was really slow by then, I don’t know what causes the problems. So I formatted the pc and installed windows 8 once again by a store near my home (Bangkok, Thailand) after I got the pc back from the store, the pc works fine. It is fast and normal, but the flickering problem still doesn’t seem to go away and it seems to get worse. Every time I use the pc, the screen flickers, changes colors, breaks and fades. It’s really annoying. I’m quite sure that the problem doesn’t come from the monitor because the problem usually appears when the pc needs to process about something and the picture on the screen sometimes breaks into 2 parts/ fades until the picture on the screen goes totally disappeared and sometimes when the problems start, I can’t even type anything into the pc. The lastest time before I post this the problem was taking forever! I needed to wait for it to stop so I can post this.

Please help me!! I don’t know what to do right now because I bought the pc from the US and I brought it to use in my country (Thailand) and I can’t return it internationally. Anyone please tell me what should I do??
