Dell Inspiron 15 7000 doesn't turn on without AC adapter
The computer works normally while being charged but as soon as I remove the adapter, the computer shuts down. The battery displays as 100% and battery manager says it's healthy. What should I do? If I remove the battery it would void the warranty with Best Buy.

Since it's under warranty, bring the system to Best Buy for diagnosis and repair. It could be a bad battery - or a bad mainboard; either way the warranty will cover the repair.
