Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series unresponsive keyboard
Hey guys,
I have a dell Inspiron 15, 7000 series and it was operating great on Windows 10, till recently where the keyboard is not working at all. I know that power is not an issue because the backing light behind the keys will activate when pressed, but to no response. I've tried restarting the computer, shutting it completely down and then restarting, installing new keyboard drivers but to no avail. Please help. I have lots of assignments due within the week.

Thank you for writing to us!
We would suggest that you boot the system and at the Dell logo tap F12 key and if the system brings up the boot options use the arrow key and check if does work . If it does work then kindly re-install the drivers .
In case it doesnt work then there is a problem with the keyboard which needs to be replaced for which kindly private message the service tag.
