Dell Inspiron 15 7548 Error Code 2000-0142 Diagnostic Test
Hi,
I got a blue screen error " UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME",post which the system stopped booting up.I ran the Diagnostic test and then got an error code in the Hard Drive Error.
Error Code- 2000-0142
The Service Tag for my Inspiron 15 7548 laptop is 1B67J42 & I am based out of Mumbai,India.

Hi pchats03,
2000-0142 error indicates the hard drive is faulty you would need to replace the hard drive on the system. Please backup the data from the system if it’s booting up. I see that the system is not registered under your name please use the link below to register it.
