Dell Inspiron 15 7559 White dots while gaming, NVIDIA Problem

ever since i downloaded the latest driver 385.25 (i think that was the number) i have been having white dots like snowflake all over the screen, but only while i am gaming, it doesnt happen if i am doing something else, i already upgraded the latest intel hd and nvidia driver and nothing works, i did tried removing them and installing them again but this time from the Dell page, but it still there i am using a Dell Inspiron 15 7559 with windows 10 Nvidia gtx 960m what can i do so that it stops?
