Dell Inspiron 15 7567 GPU Performance limited by temperature on Battery power(GTX 1050)
So the GPU performance drops on battery power because it is limited by temperature although as you can see the temperature only reaches 62C but when i plug in the charger the temp limit is gone.
How can i disable it?
Battery boost is off
GPU set to maximum performance
Power management set to high performance
Updated BIOS
Updated Drivers from dell
Charger Plugged In
On Battery

Hi iProGenius,
Thanks for posting.
If I read your post correctly, it appears you wish to disable the temperature sensor in your 7567. While I don't think that would be a good idea, a modification like that would more than likely void your warranty should damage occur. It's definitely not supported by Dell.
Perhaps there's another solution to your issue, and someone will post about it here.

Perhaps running system diagnostics by pressing F12 at boot up, making a note of the issues found, and contacting Dell Tech Support in your country will help resolve your issue.
