Dell Inspiron 1525 restoring problems.

Hello.

I was restoring my inspiron 1525 to factory setting and when they stage when it gets the detecting a problem or not i doesn't work. It says it can not repair this computer automatically. Then it has the option of sending the information about this problem or not sending it. I always send it and it just keep going back to that same thing. What can I do to repair it and finish restoring it to factory?
