Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 BIOS update error.
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit.
I am having battery problems.
I currently have BIOS version A05 (3-jan-13).
I have downloaded the update A14 but when i am installing it,
It gives error message 'allocate memory for security flash failed!'.
My drive where windows is installed i have only 4.7GB of free space. Could it be because of this?

Thanks for writing to us.
Was there any hardware or software changes done before updating the BIOS.
Please update the chipset drivers from the support site and then try updating BIOS.
Let us know how it goes.
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under. Let us
know the contact number and email address.
