Dell Inspiron 15z 5523 Laptop shuts off after 20 - 30 minutes.
I have a Dell Inspiron 15z 5523 Laptop shuts off randomly after 20 - 30 minutes. I have run system diagnostics, reloaded the OS, and cleaned the cpu fan and board. The only error present is the showing that the main battery which is internal is no longer good. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you Private Message me your Service Tag on the system? Also, when it turns off like this is the system plugged in (with the AC adapter for power) or just running on battery?
If the system is only turning off on battery then the battery will most likely need to be replaced at this point. However, if the system is turning off after 20-30 minutes use and it is plugged in (it could be the adapter/system board is going bad etc), but before jumping to that conclusion is the system being used on a flat service? The reason I ask is because the system could be turning off due to it getting too hot (due to ventilation). Before the system turns off does it sound like the fan is running at a high speed?
