Dell Inspiron 17 5000 series "no boot device found"

Recently I tried to follow a guide on fixing 100% disk usage and after following it my computer will not boot and stays stuck.

http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/4-tips-fix-100-disk-usage-improve-windows-performance/

That is the link to the guide. I followed options 2, 3 and 4. Turning off windows search, superfetch and flash player in the browser. I then ran chkdsk and now here I am. Help appreciated. Thank you. Im not a computer person so I need instruction. Thank you again.

Do you have or can you obtain some type of recovery media?

From your reference, possibly since the chkdsk command does not include a drive designation in the command, something was done to one partition which corrupted your boot files.
