Dell Inspiron 17 Laptop Defective

On November 19 I ordered a Dell laptop Inspiron 17. (Dell Purchase ID 2005388068063) On November it was delivered to the long defunct address of a non-profit I used to do computer support for. Eventually, it found its way to the new address of the non-profit (CONTACT of Mercer County). I no longer do work for them, but they called me, and I picked it up. It is defective. After much time on the phone with Klaid_842810 Dell | Technical Support Specialist, including diagnostics which I emailed to him as requested, he said he arranged for a refund. Emails available. The last email I received stated that the laptop had been registered as a small business enterprise and that he could not help me. Tonight, after spending 58 minutes on the phone number he provided, I was told the queue was closed. I have bought many computers from Dell in the past, both in my capacity as a volunteer for a non-profit and personally. This was a PERSONAL PURCHASE paid with my credit card. As proof, sales tax was charged. I feel that you are simply waiting until the return time is up so that you can keep my money. I thought that once you, Michael Dell, was back in charge, customer service would improve. I was wrong. I will post this message on all social media available to me
