Dell Inspiron 1764 Touchpad problem
Whenever i try to play a first-person game, I can't turn with the touchpad while pressing a key. any ideas anybody?

Yes, buy yuorself a USB mouse

Disable touch check in the Touch pad settings.
You don't need to buy an external mouse.
