Dell Inspiron 3443 touchpad two fingers gestures not working

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 3443 few weeks ago, and at first I encountered the problem in the touchpad that it stops working for seconds and it comes back. And now touchpad two fingers gesture is okay when I'm browsing my files or I'm in the Windows 8.1 menu but when I'm in my browser it doesn't scroll up and down. The cursor dissapear when I'm using the two finger gesture, and sometimes it shows square shape object. I've tried to reinstall the drivers and also reinstall the factory media from my Dell backup and recovery and still the problem isn't fix. I also check the device manager of my touchpad but the device is okay and installed correctly without problem.
