Dell Inspiron 5110 overheat after Nvidia GeForce GT 525M driver update

Hello! My laptop was OK untill recently when I updated from the 11/12/2013 nvidia update to the 19/12/2013 one, which I was promted to do by microsoft update which had the driver as important. The installation of the driver had begun when I remember I had forgot to do create a system restore point just in case, like I always so, I pressed "cancel" but instead of cancelling my screen became black or blue I dont remember and I could only see the cursor, so I force-closed it, and reopened, it turned out fortunately that there was no major thing so the system loaded. When it loaded I figured out that the driver was somehow installed and it also had installed some of the latest nvidia stuff like 3D vision picture viewer and some G-Force program thing, moreover the card was so busy that it I could barely write on the search box of windows to find various settings. I also tried to run the graphics card test from My dell, where it lagged so I stopped it. Then I did a system restore to an earlier point, and I ended up  with the 2/10/2012 driver. Next morning I tried installing the newer version that was on the Dell site (after running the "analise your system" thing and choosing the correct OS. I did the installation and the computer became slow again with the overheating (fan working at full at all times - check the temperatures below)  not going away, so I did a system restore to before I install it and here I am with the overheating still present and not being able to run the graphics card test (the search at least doesnt lag.)

any ideas as to what causes the obverheating and how I cant solve it ?
