Dell Inspiron N4050 dropped the computer windows loading files error

When I was fixing The bed I accidentally dropped my computer wile it is on then it shut downed automatically so I removed the battery then I put it back again when I turned it on it shows the dell logo then after a few seconds it shows windows loading files then it says there is a problem with the hard rive call manufacturer for help plss help me dell . Plss reply asap
