Dell Inspiron N5010 gets too hot due to graphic Chip not working

Dear Dell Support Team,

My Laptop's graphic card is not working and since then it's getting too hot and shuts down immediately after switched on. It can't bear any simple processing on processor and gets shut down immediately. Also graphic chip driver doesn't get installed and if installed forcefully, windows can't boot.

Please help fix. Can you send the DELL support person to fix my issue.
