Dell Inspiron N5110 - Memory could not be read.

Hi, 

I received delivery of a Dell Inspiron N5110 in late June.  It has been great except that, in the last week, it seems to be having problems when streaming videos from YouTube or Vevo, et cetera.  Basically, it gets stuck, skips, and sometimes repeats segments of the whatever video that I am watching.

Occasionally, the following error message pops up as well: 

"The instruction at 0x651b0a99 referenced memory at 0x00000000.  The memory could not be read."

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me diagnose this problem.
