Dell Inspiron N5110 makes beeping noise

I have a Dell Inspiron N5110. It makes a beeping noise while booting, but it boots without any trouble. Also, I run Ubuntu OS. Here, the noise persists whenever I play any audio. This problem does not exist for Windows OS. Can u tell me what is the problem and How ti solve it?
