Dell Inspiron i7559-763 Cpu capped speed
According to the spec, i5-6300HQ should be able to run at 3.2ghz but mine can only run at 2.8ghz. Intel Speedstep is on. Disabling it will make it run at a max of 2.3ghz. At 2.8ghz the temps are about 80+ degrees. See CPUZ attached with prime95 running. The multiplier is maxed at 28x. Anyone know how to make it run at 3.2ghz?

3.2 GHz is the maximum speed of one core without the other cores being under load. 4 cores have a maximum speed of 2.8 GHz. This is the design of the CPU.
