Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK Touchpad no longer works.

Hi

This is my first time on this forum.

I have spent more than 10 hours trying to figure out why my touchpad no longer works.

I even did a factory reset to see if it would resolve this issue and it did not.

I fear that my touchpad no longer works.

The closest thing to getting my touchpad to work was from this steps in this amazon review:

By close I mean I was able to left click using the touchpad and that was it.

My laptop works fine if I have my USB mouse connected to it but there are times when I don't want to use the mouse. 

Please help!
