Dell Inspiron n5110 displays hard drive error 2000-0146

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop, I cannot Access to Windows 7 anymore and if I try to repair the os or make a new clean install the screen hangs at some point and the mouse cursor keeps moving forever, like if is trying to load something but without response. I ran the Dell Diagnostics, and it throws the following error when it reaches the hard drive:

Error Code 2000-0146

Validation 41440

Msg: Hard Drive 0 - S/N WD-WXH1A51V1681, self test log contains previous error(s)

Any help about a solution for this error would be kindly appreciated

The HDD has failed replace it with a new HDD or even better a SSD such as a Crucial MX200:
