Dell L502X Intel HD Graphics Color Enhancement Settings Reset to Default (Randomly) When Opening Programs

My L502X is equipped with the switchable Intel HD graphics and the Nvidia 525M GPU.  Every once in a while I'll open a program or website redirect from a program, like the Intel Graphics Support Link or Steam and my desktop color will reset to the default (dull) settings...

I've gone into the NVidia Control Panel and set what programs I can to utilize the 525M, but I still have this issue present...

Both the Intel and NVidia graphics have the most current drivers installed, with no change as this issue occured with previous drivers too...

Any assist in a fix will be greatly appreciated!
