Dell Latitude 5175 Tablet shuts off occasionally when inserting keyboard
I frequently attach and detach the keyboard depending on what I am doing. I already had them inspect it under warranty, and while that fixed the random shut-downs unrelated to the keyboard, I still experience issues occasionally when attaching the keyboard in which the laptop just instantly powers off. It only happens sometimes when I can't get it in straight right away. Is this a defect with the model or what is happening? Can it be resolved somehow?

This is not a systemic issue with this tablet. Are you sure that you are not accidentally brushing the top right power button when attaching the tablet on the keyboard? When attaching it, your hands should be on the center L/R sides.
