Dell Latitude E4300 - Fingerprint Problem

Hello,

I got a Dell Latitude E4300 and I can't get my fingerprint to work. A support consultant from Embassy Security Center contacted me and after a long discussion he told me that my BIOS and some drivers are outdated and I need to contact Dell support.


Now, I contacted some Dell authorized support centers from my country (by e-mail) but one week passed and none of them answered. So here I am, with all my hope, that you can help me out.

I will appreciate so much if you can contact me back and you can investigate my case by remotely access my computer.
