Dell Latitude E6410: You must upgrade to A09 before flashing to this BIOS.

For a Dell Latitude E6410 with A05 BIOS, and attempting to directly install BIOS version A16, will result in a popup error dialog box of:

"You must upgrade to A09 before flashing to this BIOS."

The website has a defect in it that only shows the links to the old versions going back to version A14.

I had to take the .exe file name, change the "16" to "09", do a google search for the resulting filename, and finally found the download page on the Dell site to download first and install:

Once I installed A09, I was able to then download and install A16 which is the latest version as of this posting.
