Dell Latitude E6440 WinPE

hi, we have just started taking shipment of this model of laptop and can no longer deploy our images using landesk as the nic driver for winpe will not work.

the NIC is an I217-LM, i have downloaded Dell and Intel drivers and uploaded every version possible and still cannot obtain an IP in WinPE.  We are using WinPE 4.0.  I have seen various other topics around this NIC causing issues and have tried all tested steps but am still unable to get an IP address.  

Can anyone advise?
