Dell Latitude E6510 - bluetooth and CPU

Hi all,

I recently received a new latitude E6510 for our company with windows 7 professional. I installed all drivers and office 2010. The user is experiencing a
few problems which are strange. One of them is that when he just started the laptop, the bluetooth will commit 25% of the CPU power. The bluetooth device
is only used for connecting the Dell Mouse.

Does anyone know what this issue is? should i reinstall the bluetooth device?

Thank you in Advance, Kind regards,

Robbert_S
