Dell Latitude E7440 don't update BIOS

I have laptop Dell Latitude E7440. BIOS version A14. I can't to update BIOS a last version (A17)

I used AC from another model of laptop Dell. Is my way to use bootable USB drive or another?

Log from BIOS - Not applicable (AC)  Is it could a cause?
