Dell Latitude E7450 LEDs Turn On But Not The Laptop?

Hello. Earlier this morning, my Dell Latitude E7450 would not turn on. The LEDs would turn on, but not the actual laptop. Looking up how to resolve the issue helped, and I followed the instructions(Disconnect all power and peripherals, drain remaining power, etc.). Now, I am facing that problem again, and the instructions I used previously are not working. What do I do to fix this?
