Dell Latitude XT3 Tablet

We currently have numerous XT3 Tablets and operate in a Medical environment using MS OneNote. Many of our users have tried to calibrate the touch screen and pen/stylus. When they do, the system is prompting for administrative credentials. Older systems did not require administrative rights just for calibration. Outside of turning off the UAC control (which is against our policy) what else can be done?

Any assistance would be helpful.
