Dell Mini 10 WWAN Adapter

Hello there!

I am having a Dell Mini 10 with a Win 7 OS Prof 32-Bit. I have a WWAN Adapater in there, the adapter is found by Win and seems to work, I also have a Phone Card for the Slot from my phone provider that works and fits in the slot fine.

BUT: I can use it. When I use the Dell Connection Manager, it says that it cant find the Mobile Adapter. Same in Windows/ In the Network Area: its listet, but when I try to use it that ways, an strange error occurs (can enable connection)

Well, I think its because of Win 7. Can someone help me or knows a solution?

And there is another Problem: The Dell Driver Downloadn Manger doesnt work: whenenver I try to download something (the Manger is installed) its say, there a now download in the list, but there are downloads on the driver download site. I would like to use the feature.
