Dell Mini 10

I know almost nothing about computer and just got a Dell mini 10 and the instruction booklet that came with it only told me how to set up Windows and how to use the touch pad. I don't know how to use the web cam or add pics into folder and alot of other things so I need lots of help. Dell doesn't have a manual and I can't find a tutorial so can someone guide me thru? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
