Dell Mini 10

I know almost nothing about computers. I just got a Dell Mini 10and the instruction booklet that came with it only told me how to set up Windows and nothing else. I do not know how to use the web cam or set up folder for pic and lots of other feature offer on this computer. Dell does not have a tutorial to help me so if some one out there has  a mini, please help me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
