Dell Mini 10V USB damage?

The left rear USB has damage, the first pin looks like it is pushed into the back. And it won't connect. I bought it off ebay but it is new. So is it under warranty, and if it is how is it handled? Do I get my netbook back or is it like cell phones, and getting refurbed one, I want mine back. If not it looks like in the youtube videos on how to disassemble it that is not part of the board. Can I still get this part?

Not sure on the other questions, but the very first thing you should do with any Dell PC you buy is put its service code into support.dell.com.  That will give you the configuration as shipped, but more importantly, its warranty information.

The first thing you MUST do is have the current registered owner transfer the system into your name with Dell.  Then call for support - they will replace the USB board.
