Dell PC TuneUp CD - Is It Legit?

I recently received a cd in the mail from 'iolo technologies', llc out of Livermore, CA.

No documentation or anything and I don't intend to use it, just curious if this is a Dell partner or Dell authorized vendor or what.

Arrived soon after I posted on this forum because of problem I was having with a Dell Studio Laptop.
