Dell PC not showing user profiles
Hi,
I have a dell studio PC PP39L. The PC does not show me the user profiles. The windows resumes and is redirected to the page where I give my user name and password, but that page doesnot have any user profile. What could be the problem ?

Hi nisri,
I’d be glad to assist you regarding the same, please try checking the same in the Safe mode to check the availability of other user profiles. Shut down the computer and upon restart tap the F8 which will take you to Advanced boot options, select the Safe mode option and check for the same. If all the other user profiles are not visible then it might have been removed or might be corrupted.
You can also check under Control panel and then in User accounts.
Please try checking if the user accounts are visible and let us know your findings.
