Dell Studio 1558 not turning on/not booting up!

Hi,

I have a Dell Studio 1558 laptop which is not turning on and it is out of warranty! 

I was watching some video, all of a sudden weird visual glitches started appearing on the screen. Immediately, did a "force shutdown" by holding up the power button. Now, it is not turning on! :( .

It passed LCD BIST test and I dont see any issue with power cable as I can see the light glowing after I connect the power cable. 

I tried "Static Flea Power" procedure, no luck. 

When I start the laptop, fan starts running, but no beeps at all! 

Can someone please guide me in identifying the problem with my laptop?
