Dell Vostro 5740
Hi I have a Dell Vostro 5740 ( 4GB, i5, windows 10 64bit)
my laptop stopped shutting down or sleeping properly....screen is off but I see the LEDs are still on and the fan still working as if I did not shut it down...please help me
