Dell WLAN 1504 Automatically Disables itself when fan starts running on high

I own a Latitude E5530 non-vPro. and I bought it off ebay a few weeks ago. I've been having intermittent wireless issues when the laptop is demanded more power, such as playing a game, or running some software.  My Wireless Card is the Dell Wireless 1504 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz).

I've done my research on Google, but I've had no success in getting my issue resolved. Here's what I've done:

Open Device Manager to turn off "Let Windows Turn Off This Hardware to Save Power"

Setting Max Performance in the Advanced Power Settings

Updating Drivers

Ran Dell Diagnostics, all hardware passed!

I use this laptop for school, and I need this fixed by January 5th. Please help me!
