Dell WM615 Bluetooth mouse no moving pointer

I have a brand new Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 and I bout a brand new Dell WM615 Mouse.

I am able to pair the mouse and the click and scroll band work.

but the mouse don't move.

Normally the optical mouse have a light on from the sensor under the mouse, but for some reason this do not shine any light, could somebody tell me if this is normal? Perhaps the mouse come with defects?

Please advise

Thanks

Yes,  please press F12 at startup, run the diagnostics test, make notes of any errors, and call Tech Support in your country for further assistance.

Robert

I run the diagnostic test as you subjected but not error where found by the tool.

I have the feeling the problem is with the mouse.

The clicks and the scroll works but I don't see light coming out of the optical sensor.

Should I see light out of the mouse sensor as we see in other optical mouse?

Thanks

Rolando
