Dell XPS 13 2015 Bluetooth issue

I just purchased a new pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones (MDR XB950BT), and while the headphones are in pairing mode, the computer is unable to detect them. However, I am currently able to use my Bluetooth mouse just fine. The headphones are able to connect to my iPhone just fine.

Please help!

Hi TonyCuatro,

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,

These headphones should connect to your computer via Bluetooth fine, please disable the Bluetooth and Enable it on your computer at the same time do the same with your Bluetooth headphones. Complete this and let us know if that detects the headphones and allows you to connect.

Hi TonyCuatro,

Let us know if your system can detect the Bluetooth headphones and able to pair the device so that you can use the same

The computer neither detects or connects to the headphones.

Hi TonyCuatro,

As we've checked this information on the vendor's website for your headphones, try connecting any other Bluetooth headphones and see it that works fine. You might have to get in contact with the headphones vendor in order to check this issue.
