Dell XPS 13 Ultrabook stuck at Dell Logo
I am currently having an issue where when I boot my dell XPS 13, it is stuck at the Dell Logo screen with no indication that it intends to go further than that. I have tried resetting the battery and tried getting into the BIOS setting. All attempts have failed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can run Diagnostic by following the steps below. Please report any error codes
1. Turn off computer
2. Power on computer, quickly tap the F12 key continuously. You should see the Diagnostic screen

Thanks for the response LSUFAN51. Unfortunately that suggestion did not work. The screen is still stuck at the Dell Logo splash screen with the just the Dell Logo being displayed and nothing else on the screen.

Please follow the steps below:
A) Disconnect all peripherals(printer, external drive, etc...) from computer
B) Power off computer
C) Unplug the AC adapter from computer and wall socket
D) Remove Battery from the computer
E) Press and hold in the "Power On" button for 15 seconds then release
F) Plug in the AC adapter into the wall socket, then the computer
G) Press the "Power On" button. Hopefully your computer run normally
By the way, you were able to run Diagnostic ? If yes, did you see any error codes ? Does the keys on the keyboard work ? What exactly is your Dell model ? Example: Dell XPS 13 L321X, windows 10
