Dell XPS 15 (2017) Model keyboard not working whilst in games
As the title suggests, the keyboard either works with a really bad delay, or stops altogether whilst in games.
The laptop is one day old, and the game in questions is World Of Warcraft running at just over 200 fps on setting 5.
Things to note: It's the only game installed; No alterations to windows bar that one install.
This is really frustrating, so any help would be great, thanks.

While on another WoW forum I heard someone mention how some Anti Virus programs will cause this error. I always used Norton One and had no problems, but the new Dell XPS 15 came with McAffee.... Once I removed McAffee and put Norton One back on, the keyboard problem in games went away :)

Did you get a response to this? I have a brand new Dell XPS 15 as well, and I'm seeing the same problem in Guild Wars 2 and SWTOR. Sometimes the keyboard works, and then suddenly the WSAD keys don't work or space bar too. I'd hate to have to return this brand new laptop after two days.
