Bear in mind that what you're looking for is a digitizing screen, such as on the Surface Pro and Thinkpad Yoga models -- what you have is a simple touchscreen - it's not designed for precise, pen-driven input to Photoshop.

The touchscreen will work as a touchscreen in all applications - it will not serve as a drawing pad.  That's not what this model is designed for.

There aren't many 15" systems with digitizing tablet panels (primarily because of the cost of such a screen).

Yes, I know there is no presise sensors, but I just need it to simply draw a line(for example), with my own customized settings of this line, but photoshop just ignores the touches on the workspace, why?? how to fix it? or who can help me solving this issue?
