Dell XPS 15 HDD Reseating?
Good day guys i have been having issues with my dell XPS 15 since yesterday night. it has refused to boot and keeps saying that my internal HDD is not found. i have tried running the diagnostics by pressing F5 and all the tests came out positive but still not working. Also today i removed the HDD and put it back and still it wont boot i really need help as i don't know what to do anymore.
THE EXACT MESSAGE IT SHOWS IS
" internal hard disk drive not found
to resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive.
No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 enter Setup Menu, F5 enter PSA "

Unfortunately, it means the drive is toast -- you will need a new 2.5" SATA notebook drive. Depending on the model, it'll need to be either a 7 mm (will fit all models) or a 9.5 mm (will only fit older, chunkier models) drive. You can use a hard drive, hybrid drive or a solid state drive as you wish.
