Dell XPS 15 L502x i7 processor problems.

Hello, I have a Dell XPS 15 L502x computer with an i7 processor. When I have used my computer about 30 min. it becomes pretty warm. So the problem is, that the processor doesn't cool the computer when it get's warm. The processor only starts when i'm gaming. I don't know if that is standard on Dell XPS 15 L502x computers, but is there a way to get the processor start automatically when my computer get's warm. I have my computer on a flat table so it should not become warm because of that.
