try uninstalling the driver from your system (control panel > Programs and features) then install the newest drive on Dell's website 9530_Network_Driver_6FR7M_WN_6.30.223.245_A00.EXE
or search for "Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers (Windows 7/8/8.1, 64-bit) version 17.13.11.5"
you could also run the Intel Driver Update Utility 2.0 and it should find you the proper update

Thanks for your help by replying to me.
I did all you have said before it still did not work, i finally had to replaced the wireless card.
